Employee Perks
Flexible Work

Our people enjoy working in modern, purpose built offices equipped with all the amenities and systems they need to perform at their best. We also recognise that circumstances may occasionally prevent staff from being in the office, and we offer flexibility to support this. Depending on project requirements, employees can work either onsite or in the office, and those who meet the relevant criteria are also able to access our Work From Home policy.

Wellness Leave - 2 Days

All employees receive two dedicated Wellness Days each year, provided in addition to statutory leave entitlements. These days are designed to be taken without the need to use sick or annual leave and offer staff an opportunity to pause, recharge and prioritise their wellbeing. Whether it’s rest, personal time or simply stepping away to reset, Wellness Days are a supportive mechanism that empowers our people to maintain balance and show up as their best selves.

Quarterly Safety Champion

Safety is central to how we operate and we are committed to recognising the individuals who consistently uphold our safety standards. Each quarter, one team member is acknowledged as our Safety Champion for demonstrating exemplary commitment to safe practices across our sites and offices. They are celebrated in our safety bulletin and receive a $250 Merivale voucher as a token of appreciation.

Staff Referral Scheme - $6k

We are proud of our strong staff retention rate, which outperforms industry benchmarks. When surveyed, 88% of our people said they would recommend Trinity as a workplace to friends or family. Our Staff Referral Scheme builds on this by offering employees a $6k bonus for successful referrals.
