HSEQ

Health, safety, environment and quality management sits at the heart of everything we do.

Our vision is building beyond physical structures, recognising that how we operate has a meaningful impact on stakeholders and leaves a legacy of lasting connections across its operation. HSEQ is where that vision becomes real, day to day: it's the operating standard behind every project we deliver.

Our mission is to deliver high-quality projects tailored to clients' needs, with a focus on care and consideration for their operational requirements.  We believe that mission only holds up if clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, suppliers and staff go home safe, the environment is protected, and everyone involved can stand behind the quality of what's been delivered.

The Four Pillars of HSEQ

HEALTH
We look after the physical and mental wellbeing of everyone connected to our projects.
SAFETY
Our goal is to achieve zero harm for every person working across a Trinity project and office.
ENVIRONMENT
We minimise our impact on the environment and the communities around us.
QUALITY
We consistently deliver quality work that meets the brief and is built to last.

ISO Certification

Working closely with Global-Mark, we have maintained triple certification across ISO 45001 (Safety), ISO 14001 (Environment) and ISO 9001 (Quality).

Occupational Health and Safety Management System AS/NZS ISO 45001-2018

We develop a comprehensive, site-specific HSEQ plan that includes a WH&S section. This plan outlines requirements for inductions, high-risk activities, emergency procedures and general onsite WH&S management. Our Site Managers monitor these activities on a weekly basis and our Project and Senior Managers conduct fortnightly inspections. Our HSEQ team conducts weekly monitoring on each project, with findings actioned by relevant project personnel.

Environmental Management System AS/NZS ISO 14001-2016

We recognise our responsibility to continually enhance our environmental performance as a commercial builder. Our site-specific HSEQ plan identifies all environmental impacts and risks associated with our operations, assigning necessary responsibilities across our project team.

Quality Management System AS/NZS ISO 9001-2016

Achieving a defect-free handover is our primary objective for every project. To realise this goal, we foster open discussions and establish quality benchmarks from site establishment through to completion. Our site-specific HSEQ plan details the necessary actions for maintaining quality control. All quality assurance items are identified during weekly site management inspections, addressed in weekly project meetings and logged our project management software.

Industrial Relations

We have achieved an exemplary industrial relations record through strict adherence to relevant regulations and building practices - minimising the potential for issues to arise. Our approach ensures ongoing monitoring and maintenance of safety, provision of clean, well-maintained and adequate amenities for all personnel and full compliance by all trades with safe work practices and relevant legislation.

Our systems are certified to the requirements of:
  • Occupational Health and Safety AS/NZS ISO 45001
  • Environmental Management AS/NZS ISO 14001
  • Quality Management AS/NZS ISO 9001
  • Office of the Federal Safety Commission
