Edmund Rice College, founded in 1926, has been a cornerstone of educational excellence for boys in years 7 to 12 in the Illawarra. As the College approaches its 100th anniversary, we are excited to embark on a transformative development aimed at enhancing the learning environment and the College’s legacy. The development will be carried out in three main stages, divided into two key portions.

Scope of Work

Stage 1 will focus on constructing a new two-storey specialist TAS facility, designed to support advanced technical and vocational studies.

Stage 2 will see the refurbishment of Block B, modernising the building while improving accessibility. This will include the installation of a new external lift and walkway to improve functionality and ease of movement within the building.

Stage 3 will revitalise Block C’s hospitality precinct, transforming it into a modern, functional learning space for students.
