Moss Vale Civic Centre

Our team was appointed as the Head Contractor for the refurbishment and fitout of the Moss Vale Civic Centre, a key initiative delivered under the Project Reinvigorate program. The Civic Centre underwent a significant transformation focused on revitalising the internal staff areas and creating a modern workplace. The project involved extensive upgrades, including the replacement of windows to enhance natural light. Structural works included the demolition of both load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls, allowing for the reconfiguration of internal spaces into a contemporary, open plan layout. New male, female and accessible amenities were constructed and the existing staff offices, meeting rooms and lunchroom areas were completely refurbished. The project delivered a vibrant, inclusive and functional space tailored to the needs of the council team. The completed project represents a major investment in the future of the Civic Centre and its continued role as a hub for local governance and community service.
