Our team successfully delivered the Stage 1 works at St John XXIII Catholic College in collaboration with Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese, MostynCopper and Watson Young Architects. This milestone project focused on the transformation of Buildings D, E and F, upgrading key areas of the campus to create contemporary, functional spaces that enhance the learning environment for students and staff. In Building D, the staffroom was completely refurbished to include modern workstations, meeting rooms, phone booths, upgraded mechanical systems and new floor finishes. Building E was transformed into dedicated hospitality teaching spaces, incorporating fully equipped commercial kitchen classrooms, a new mechanical exhaust system and extensive electrical upgrades. A functioning café was also integrated into the design, allowing students to apply their skills in a real-world setting. In Building F, a state-of-the-art biometrics lab and gymnasium were delivered, offering students access to advanced science and fitness facilities that support both academic and physical development. The completed works have delivered a dynamic and future-ready campus environment that supports the evolving needs of students and staff at St John XXIII Catholic College.
