McKell Building

The NSW Department of Customer Service provides a diverse and ever evolving number of government services to the people of NSW. In acknowledgment of this, they have been embarking on an extensive office accommodation program to refurbish their existing spaces to be more agile and with the primary goal to accommodate teams working in collaboration. Our works were across 16 floors and were completed in stages between 2018 - 2021. The project focused around the construction of acoustically treated meeting rooms with extensive AV packages as well as half floor open collaboration spaces designed to encourage different teams to see each other and bump ideas between teams. The building remained in full occupation and operation throughout the project and the work was staged to minimise the impact on the buildings tenants.
