St Thomas Primary School

Trinity were engaged to undertake Administration Relocation and GLA Refurbishment for St Thomas primary School in Willoughby. St Thomas primary school in Willoughby operates in a highly competitive school market on the north shore of Sydney. Its excellent teaching and pedagogy required significant facility upgrades across the school. Trinity were engaged following a competitive tender. The project was delivered in two stage to ensure the school could continue to operate unimpeded. The first phase was the new administration area which brought the parent interface to the street front inclusive of DDA compliant ramps, stairs and soft landscaping. Stage 2 was completed over the Christmas break which ensured that no GLAs where taken out of operation in completing the project.
